You are stranded, alone, in the dark creepy woods, stuck in your car.
Try your very best to start your car, might take a few tries, but be wary, as a creature lurks in the shadows, avoiding the light, waiting for you to drop your guard down before it gets a hold of you.
Use your flashlight to push the monster away, if only for a moment. Do be careful, you only have so much battery to work with.

The mechanics are straightforward but well executed so it's very satisfying to play. I love the timing mechanic! When combined with the quiet horror and limited field of view, it's tense and stressful in the best way.
